Information on the processing of personal data (tenant verification)

  2. In matters relating to the method and scope of personal data processing, as well as your rights, you may contact the Controller via e-mail: kontakt@rentmasters.pl or by phone at +48 731 739 555.
  3. Personal data are processed solely for the purpose of conducting the tenant verification process and assessing the feasibility of concluding and implementing a lease agreement. The basis for processing is to take action at the request of the data subject before concluding the agreement (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR) and the Controller's legitimate interest in assessing the creditworthiness of a prospective tenant and protecting the interests of the landlord (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR).
  4. Providing data is voluntary, however, the lack of required information or documents may prevent the verification process and the conclusion of the lease agreement.
  5. As part of the verification process, the following may be processed in particular: identification data, contact details, information regarding employment or business activity, information regarding the source and amount of income, and data contained in the documents provided by the applying tenant.
  6. Data may only be transferred to entities cooperating in the management of the lease, in particular entities providing administrative or IT services, only to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of processing and while maintaining appropriate security measures.
  7. The Administrator does not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area.
  8. Personal data is retained for the duration of the verification process, the term of the lease agreement, and for the period required by law regarding the pursuit of claims and tax and accounting obligations. If the lease agreement is not concluded, the data will be deleted or anonymized by the end of the calendar month in which the verification process is completed.
  9. Every person has the right to access their data, rectify it, delete it, limit its processing, as well as the right to object to processing based on the legitimate interest of the Controller and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
  10. The data is not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
