Information obligation for the Contractor
INFORMATION CLAUSE (for contractors)
- In accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (OJ EU L 2016, No. 119, hereinafter referred to as GDPR), the Controller of personal data is RentMasters Oliwia Rojek, hereinafter referred to as "RentMasters", ul. Emaus 55y/102, 30-213 Kraków, NIP: 6762543475.
- The personal data of the Contractor, its employees and contact persons, to the extent necessary for the performance of the contract, will be processed for the purpose of: a) concluding and performing the contract – pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1. letter b of the GDPR; b) fulfilling the obligations arising therefrom in the scope of tax and accounting obligations – pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1. letter c of the GDPR; c) pursuing legitimate interests – in order to pursue claims or defend against claims related to the contract concluded by the Controller – pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1. letter f of the GDPR.
- The recipients of the personal data of the Contractor, its employees and contact persons to the extent necessary to perform the contract will be exclusively entities providing the service of operating the Controller's IT systems and software, external entities providing services to the Controller, and entities authorized to obtain personal data under the law (including public administration bodies).
- The Data Controller has no intention of transferring the personal data of the Contractor, its employees and contact persons to the extent necessary for the performance of the contract to a third country or an international organization.
- The personal data of the Contractor, its employees and contact persons, to the extent necessary for the performance of the contract, will be processed throughout the period of performance of the contract and its settlement, and after the completion of the performance of the Contract, they will be stored for the purpose of defending against claims and pursuing claims in accordance with the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, until the expiry of the claims period, for the pursuit of the legitimate interests of the Controller, for conventional direct marketing and for the mandatory archiving of financial and accounting documentation for the period specified in separate legal provisions.
- The Contractor, its employees and contact persons, to the extent necessary to perform the contract, have the right to request from the Data Controller access to the content of their data and the right to rectify and delete them, limit their processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time.
- The contractor, its employees and contact persons, to the extent necessary to perform the contract, have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
- The provision of data by the Contractor, its employees and contact persons to the extent necessary for the preparation, conclusion and implementation of the contract is necessary.
- The personal data of the Contractor, its employees and contact persons, to the extent necessary to perform the contract, will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be subject to profiling.
