INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA (for the person offering alternative accommodation)

  1. The controller of your personal data is RentMasters Oliwia Rojek, hereinafter referred to as "RentMasters", ul. Emaus 55y/102, 30-213 Kraków, NIP: 6762543475.
  2. In matters relating to the method and scope of personal data processing, as well as your rights, you may contact the Controller via e-mail: kontakt@rentmasters.pl or by phone at +48 731 739 555.
  3. The Administrator will process personal data for the purpose of concluding and performing the contract to which this information is attached, performing the residential premises lease agreement and fulfilling the related legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator.
  4. The processing of your personal data is necessary for: a) performance of the lease agreement in which you are the owner of alternative premises for the Tenant – pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1 letter b of the GDPR; b) compliance with the legal obligation incumbent on the Controller regarding tax and accounting obligations, and in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular: the Act of 21 June 2001 on the protection of tenants' rights, municipal housing resources and amending the Civil Code, and the Act of 24 June 1994 on ownership of premises – pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1 letter c of the GDPR; c) pursuit of legitimate interests – in order to pursue claims or defend against claims related to the agreement concluded by the Controller – pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1 letter f of the GDPR.
  5. Providing personal data is necessary to the extent that the processing is required by contract or legal provisions. Failure to provide personal data may prevent the Controller from achieving the purposes indicated in point 4.
  6. Data may be made available to other entities, i.e.: a) public authorities; b) government and local government administration units as well as courts and law enforcement agencies; c) housing communities or housing cooperatives; d) entities providing the Controller with personal data processing services on the basis of a concluded agreement; e) and an entity providing digital rental management (Rental Management System).
  7. The Administrator does not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area or to international organisations.
  8. Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to conclude and perform the contract, for the period necessary to establish, pursue or defend claims, and for archival purposes – for the period necessary to fulfil the obligations arising from the legal provisions regarding data archiving.
  9. In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the following rights: the right to access your personal data, including the right to obtain a copy thereof, the right to request rectification (correction or supplementation) of personal data if the data is incorrect or incomplete, the right to request the deletion of personal data or restriction of their processing, the right to transfer personal data and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
  10. Data are not subject to automated processing, including profiling.
  11. Data processing will take place both in paper form and using the IT system.
