Have you signed a tenancy agreement and are required to transfer the electricity account into your name? You can do this in two ways:
- Online Receive a transfer link from us and follow the process instructions. (The link is valid for only 14 days, so make sure to complete the transfer in time.)
- In person This requires a paper handover protocol / move-in inspection report. (Where can I find the customer service office?)
How can you check that the process was completed successfully?
You will receive a confirmation email or, if completed in person, you will sign and receive the agreement immediately.
- the previous agreement will be terminated
- the new agreement will be registered under your name
- electricity consumption billing will be calculated from the meter reading on the takeover date until your move-out date

Most common mistakes
